Why the life is more beautiful in the “Marronniers”?

1) We have a private parking.

2) In the morning you can wake up at 08:40 without be late at study.

3) We have new letterbox! The single problem is that there was a mistake in the distribution of keys so nobody had the good key…

4) There is a lot of dinner with the Marronnier’s members notably a raclette in December at n°26.

5) We can play video games at the second floor. Indeed there are X-Box at n°13 and Wii at n°14.

6) The moquette in the corridor is sumptuous but only missing a red carpet to go at my apartment!

7) There are some pairs who are forming between n°13&14, n°22&20, n°26&41 and n°38&30!

This serenity is put in danger! Indeed, some disruptive elements entered the residence to knock on the door and wake up us! We seriously think to hire a bodyguard!
Marronniers, is only for VIP! Not trouble here!
